Important: READ CAREFULLY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING LOGIX SOFTWARE. YOU MUST AGREE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING LOGIX SOFTWARE. INSTALLING AND USING OF LOGIX SOFTWARE MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE OR INSTALL IT ON YOUR SYSTEM OR REMOVE ALREADY INSTALLED SOFTWARE FILES FROM YOUR STORAGE DEVICES. S.C. Logix S.R.L. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECORD AND MAINTAIN RECORDS OF ALL DOWNLOAD ACTIVITIES FROM ITS WEBSITE.

THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (THE END USER) AND THE LICENSOR (S.C. Logix S.R.L.) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

DEFINITIONS
Software means all of the contents of the files, disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided, included but not limited to it (I) S.C. Logix S.R.L. or third party computer information or Software; (II) related explanatory written materials or files (Documentation). Use or Using means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Software in accordance with the Documentation. Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions. Installation means to save a copy of the Software on a hard drive or other storage device of any kind including, but not limited to, use of any Software installation tools which accompany or are included in the Software.

FREEWARE

You may use the SOFTWARE without charge. We may place announcement of other products into SOFTWARE.

DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE

You may make copies of the SOFTWARE as you wish; give exact copies of the original SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE in its unmodified form via electronic means. You may not charge any fees for the copy or use of the SOFTWARE itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. Your distribution of the SOFTWARE will not entitle you to any compensation from S.C. Logix S.R.L.. You must distribute a copy of this Software License Agreement with any copy of the SOFTWARE and anyone to whom you distribute the SOFTWARE is subject to this Software License Agreement.

RESTRICTIONS

a) You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
b) You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.
c) You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Software License Agreement, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this Software License Agreement.
d) You may NOT use the SOFTWARE to perform any unauthorized transfer of information or for any illegal purpose.

NO WARRANTIES

S.C. Logix S.R.L. expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.
